"The Zero Hour Operations," a literary venture that had been eagerly anticipated since its announcement in 2021, offers readers a poignant narrative that explores the harrowing realities faced by courageous young activists amidst perilous circumstances. The book's compelling saga unravels the chilling events of Operation Zero Hour, a dark chapter in history where eight activists tragically lost their lives, and seven others sustained injuries in explosive incidents orchestrated by a Vlakplaas Operative masquerading as an MK operative. These incidents unfolded across Duduza, Tsakane, and Kwa-Thema, Tvl, on the fateful day of 26th June 1985.
